1. Overview

We aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions stated below.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Assembled, installed, or used furniture

  • Mattresses, bedding, or upholstery products (for hygiene reasons, if opened)


3. Return Window

  • Standard return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at admin@luxemaple.com

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Supporting images/videos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 1 business days

Approved returns will include instructions for pickup.


5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Free returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • For other returns:

    • Return shipping fees may apply

    • A restocking fee (up to 10–20%) may be deducted

All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before processing the return.


6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping and installation charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Refund Scenarios

  • Full Refund: Damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • Partial Refund: Customer-initiated return (fees deducted)

  • No Refund: If returned item fails inspection (used/damaged/missing parts)


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund

  • Orders cannot be canceled after send to production.


8. Exchanges / Replacements

  • Free replacement is offered for damaged or defective items

  • Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery


9. Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment method

  • Contact your bank/payment provider
