1. Overview

2. Return Eligibility

The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Assembled, installed, or used furniture

Mattresses, bedding, or upholstery products (for hygiene reasons, if opened)
3. Return Window

Standard return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping fees may apply

A restocking fee (up to 10–20%) may be deducted

6. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

Shipping and installation charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled after send to production.
