At Luxe Maple we believe furniture should reflect your lifestyle, not limit it. Every piece can be personalised across colour, fabric, storage, and size. This page explains what can be customised, what it costs, and how the process works from order to delivery.

How Customisation Works

Choose on the product page. Colour, size, storage configuration, and fabric are selected as options directly on the product page wherever they are offered.

Tell us your preference after ordering. For colour and fabric selections made from the catalogue below, email admin@luxemaple.com or call +91 7303388393 with your Order ID and the colour or fabric name.

We confirm before production. Our team confirms your selection, any additional cost, and the revised delivery timeline in writing before production begins.

Production and delivery. Customised pieces are made to your specification. Please note that customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If you would like a shade from this catalogue that is not listed on the product page, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can be produced.

Colour names describe the finish or upholstery shade. Screen colours may differ slightly from the finished product, and natural materials such as solid wood and marble carry inherent variation in grain, veining, and tone. These variations are characteristics of the material rather than defects.
Fabric Choices
Upholstery is available in fabrics ranging from 350 to 750 GSM. Higher GSM fabrics are denser and heavier. Fabric upgrades are available at an additional cost, which we confirm to you in writing before production begins. Ask our team for the fabric options and pricing applicable to your chosen product.
Size Customisation
Many pieces are offered in standard sizes on the product page, including seater configurations for sofas, bed sizes from Single through King Pro, and dining sets from 4 to 8 seater.
If you need dimensions outside the listed options, contact our Customer Care team with your Order ID or your requirement before ordering. Custom dimensions are quoted individually, as cost and feasibility depend on the product and material.
Storage Options
Storage can be added or configured on selected pieces. Available options include:

Hydraulic storage for beds, using a hydraulic lift mechanism that raises the bed base to give you full-width storage underneath.

Drawer storage on selected beds and bedside units, in single drawer or two drawer layouts on the left side, the right side, or both sides.
Customising bed storage while ordering: When you place an order for a bed, you can purchase the storage option you want as an add-on directly at the time of ordering. Choose the storage configuration or the hydraulic storage add-on on the bed's product page as you check out, and your bed will be built to that specification. If you cannot see the option you want on the product page, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can be produced for that model.
Costs and Timelines
Colour selection from the catalogue above is generally included at no extra cost where that shade is offered for your product. Fabric upgrades, non-standard dimensions, and storage add-ons including hydraulic storage are chargeable, and the exact amount depends on the product and specification.
We will always confirm the additional cost and the expected delivery timeline in writing before production starts. Customised pieces normally take longer than our standard delivery estimate, and we will tell you the revised timeline at the point of confirmation.
