  • Remote or non-serviceable areas may incur additional delivery time or charges.

  • Large Furniture Items: 10–12 business days

  • Custom/Pre-Order Items: 10–12 business days (or as specified)

4. Shipping Charges

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal (without valid reason), re-delivery charges may apply.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be canceled and applicable fees deducted.
