Shipping Policy
  • Thank you for ordering from our website. In general, the time line for shipping and delivery of ready Items is about 10-15 days.
  • Once your shipment is ready for dispatch, you will get an SMS informing you about the same along with a tracking link
  • You may also get a call from the Courier Company/ Logistics partner  confirming the tentative date and the time of delivery. 
  • The delivery person will deliver the goods to your building premises  or wherever it is physically possible to deliver the goods.  For higher floors, we are not equipped to deliver the goods to your door step. You are requested to arrange for your own labourers/ manpower to get the big products to the higher floor above 2nd floor if no service lift. The responsibility of our logistics partners  to deliver the large products is restricted to the ground floor or maximum 2nd floor of the building. 
  • For the safety of the goods during the transit and unpredictable and multiple handling at times, we may secure some of the goods with wooden crates. We understand that these crates make the packaging bulky, however they are absolutely necessary for securing the product. These crates may  cause some inconvenience to the customer but are unavoidable. Any defect or damage must be reported to the delivery person or installer and to the Luxe Maple customer care immediately by the customer. The description of defect / damage should be mentioned on the Challan/ Proof of Delivery (POD). Please note that the Delivery Personnel are not obliged or authorized to open the furniture or packages. Please note that their duty is to deliver the goods to the customer and they are not directly employed with Luxe Maple.  You are requested to cooperate with them 
  • Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be customer’s responsibility as we encourage to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. We will not be responsible if the furniture does not fit/ pass through the entry way/ stairway etc. Please note that any failed delivery due to any such refusal or unavailability and any subsequent attempts to deliver the goods will be charged extra by Luxe Maple or the Logistics partner. We also request you to give correct address and phone no. details at the time of placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can plan the shipping and delivery as per your convenience.  
  • Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.
  • On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Holding Cost will be applicable to your order if the order is ready for dispatch but has been withheld in our warehouse on your request. 
  • We offer a grace period 2 weeks to hold your order in our warehouse; in the event of your non-availability to accept the order delivery, post this a ‘Holding Cost’ or ‘Delayed Delivery Cost’ will be applicable to your total order value on a monthly basis
  • The ‘Holding Cost’ is calculated at the rate of 5% against the total value of the order. An 18% GST is applicable for this service. The same policy will also be applicable for partial orders withheld in our facility on your request.
  • The ’Holding Cost’ have to be paid for, before we dispatch your order from our warehouse.

CHECK

  • It is rare that a product is delivered to you in a damaged condition, we encourage you to open the box and check its contents in front of the delivery personnel
  • In the rare event that this may occur, please send photographs to the customer care number, post which we will either arrange for a repair (If the damage is minor) or a replacement.

COMMUNICATE

  • If you are travelling at the time of delivery, please do keep us informed in advance so we can reschedule dispatch.
  • If you are unavailable to receive your package please do inform the logistics person in advance else provide for an alternative arrangement to receive.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer 7 days return policy to our customers.

  1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
    Returns or replacements can be requested only if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Any such concern must be reported to Luxe Maple within 7 days of delivery, along with relevant images or videos of the issue. Products that have been used, modified, assembled, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible under this Policy.

  2. Condition of Product for Return
    The product must be kept in its original, unused condition, complete with all accompanying accessories, manuals, price tags, and original packaging. During verification, Luxe Maple may request visual proof of the defect or arrange for an inspection by authorized personnel to assess the concern. Only once the issue is validated as a genuine case of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery will the return or replacement process be initiated.

  3. Resolution Process & Refund Policy
    Upon successful verification, Luxe Maple will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected part or the entire product, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability. Refunds are not applicable under this policy. Please note that every accepted return is addressed through a resolution — ensuring your furniture is restored or replaced to meet the quality standards you expect.

If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:

  • All refunds & replacement process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer's premises.
  • Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days.
  • Refund will be initiated via NEFT, or by the way payment was originally made.
  • All returns and refunds shall be processed free of charge, with no deductions applicable.

RETURN & REFUND

Refund Policy

At Luxe Maple, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Return Window

Our refund policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at admin@luxemaple.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

Luxe Maple will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. We do not charge any restocking fees. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or instructions for return shipping once your return request is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
